Mr. Jeff Wing, Director of the National Scholarship Office, will be leading information sessions on the National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF) Program on Friday, August 24, at 1pm, in East Hall Room 2221 in the School of Engineering. Joining Mr. Wing will be Ms. Jessica Venable, from the Office of Research, Dr. James Vonesh, Associate Professor of Biology, and Ms. Julie Charbonnier, PhD candidate in Life Sciences and a recipient of the 2012 NSF GRF. Students who are pursuing or planning to pursue graduate degrees in some social science or any STEM disciplines should plan to attend. A second NSF GRF information session will be held on the MCV campus on Thursday, August 30, at 11am, in Sanger 1-006.
