Echo360 Production Upgrade – March 8th, 5:30am-7:30am – COMPLETED

The Production Echo360 upgrade has been completed successfully today at 7:00 am.   All Echo360 functions are available.

The Echo360 production system will be upgraded from version 5.5 sp9 to 5.5 sp15 on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, between the hours of 5:30am and 7:30am. The system will be unavailable during this time. Echo360 Maintenance Complete – March 3rd, 7:55am

The Echo360 maintenance is complete and the system is now online. If you experience any issues or have any questions, please contact the IT Support Center at 828-2227 or email echo360@vcu.edu.

Status Update – Echo360 Maintenance – March 3rd

The Echo360 system is still unavailable as we work through the final procedures for the database changes to ensure the system is fully functional. We apologize for the maintenance taking longer than anticipated. and are making every effort to have the system online by 8:00am. Additional information will be communicated as we progress.
