Sponsored by VCU Online and VCU Learning Systems, this workshop is for faculty who want to learn how to transition their Blackboard courses to Canvas. Learning a new technology is always challenging, but this workshop will take you through the steps and make your transition to Canvas much easier. Afterward you`ll be ready to work on your courses over the winter break!

Canvas Gradebook Basics Encore
Sponsored by VCU Learning Systems and VCU Online, this workshop is an encore of the Canvas gradebook basics course that was presented earlier this month. If you are new to using Canvas or haven’t used all of the available features of Canvas’s Grade Center, it may seem a bit puzzling. Do you find yourself making many clicks just to check or enter grades in Canvas? Do a lot of scrolling just to see your students’ overall grade? The way the gradebook is organized by default is not always what works best for you. In this workshop, you will work with a VCU Canvas specialist who can help you navigate and use the basic functions of the Canvas Gradebook so you can make your Gradebook work for you!
