Service Update

This is to update you that Kaltura support is performing a database index rebuild which is currently under QA.  We expect code deployment in the upcoming hours. Please await an update about the progress.


Kaltura has identified issues related to playback. Users may experience various symptoms including but not limited to player errors, issues with player loading (black screen), In-video quiz questions not loading, etc.

The possible root cause has been identified, Kaltura teams are working to confirm and provide a solution.
