SoftChalk connectivity errors – Blackboard – RESOLVED

Learning Systems is investigating issues impacting some Blackboard courses. Any SoftChalk content in Blackboard is currently not functioning and displays an error message that the content has been disabled. Similar messages have been seen when attempting to publish content from the SoftChalk application directly to Blackboard courses.
We have reached out to the vendor for assistance and additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
