Session Timeouts in Blackboard
3/11/16 – UPDATE – Resolved. Technology Services has implemented changes to prevent the session time-out issues that were impacting some users in Blackboard. Please contact the VCU helpIT Center if you experience any further issues.
Technology Services is investigating session time-out issues that are impacting some users in Blackboard. When this occurs, users are logged out of Blackboard, but are able to immediately log back in. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
