UPDATE: Echo360 connectivity issue has been restored.  We are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue, but all Echo’s should now be accessible, and you can resume normal activities in Echo360.

Please contact the VCU helpIT Center (828-2227, helpIT@vcu.edu) if you are experiencing any problems accessing your Echo360.

Learning Systems is currently working on Echo360 to troubleshoot connectivity errors users are experiencing with Echo360.  We will send an update once we have an ETA for service restoration.
