Blackboard Upgrade to April 2014 Release has been Completed

The VCU Blackboard system will be upgraded to a newer version beginning at 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 13th, 2015.
Begin Time: Wednesday, May 13th, 2015, 8:00pm (EST)
End Time: Thursday, May 14th, 2015, 8:00pm (EST)
Blackboard will NOT be available during the upgrade, starting at 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 13. We expect the upgrade to take less than 24 hours, so check this blog for updates which will be posted when the system is brought back online.
All previously existing courses will be kept on the system and will be available after the upgrade. In addition, tutorials and help will be updated and available in the Technology Services askIT Knowledge Base for Blackboard after the upgrade. The new version is Blackboard Learn 9.1 SP14, April 2014 Release. Please click here to see an overview of the enhancements.
