We received the following bulletin from Blackboard:
Web Conferencing services will be undergoing maintenance during our standard maintenance window.
Begin Time: Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 2:00 AM US Eastern (GMT -4)
End Time: Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 3:00 AM US Eastern (GMT -4)
Affected Users: Users that have sessions scheduled in Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing during this time.
Details: During the maintenance, please expect Collaborate Web Conferencing services to be unavailable. Please note that this maintenance will NOT include system updates or changes to the functionality of Web Conferencing.
We do not anticipate using the full length of the scheduled hour and resume service as soon as possible.
