Wimba Pronto Users Must Upgrade
As a result of corporate buyouts and mergers, the Wimba Pronto Instant Messaging Tool is now part of Blackboard’s “Collaborate” product line. As of July 24, 2011 all Pronto users will be required to upgrade to a new version. When users log into Pronto, they will be prompted to download the new version of the client application now called “Blackboard IM”.
