Celebrating the Student Engagement Council!
The VCU Division of Community Engagement recently hosted a Student Engagement Celebration, honoring the outstanding contributions of students dedicated to community service and civic engagement who have worked as part-time student employees, interns, and student council members. The event, held on Friday, April 26, 2024 brought together students, faculty, and university partners to recognize and celebrate the impactful work achieved throughout the academic year.
The celebration showcased a diverse array of presentations,student experiences,and special projects, ranging from local initiatives addressing health disparities to research and volunteer engagement within local organizations and priority partner communities. Through their dedication and passion, VCU students demonstrated a commitment to making a positive difference in the world around them.
