It’s OK to Not Be OK: Personal Health and Wellness (webinar)
The thought of being a college graduate is an exciting time. College is now behind you and your whole future is ahead of you. For some, though, it’s not that simple. Thinking about life after college can pose the question of, “What’s next?” Learn tips for staying happy and healthy in your postgrad life from Caroline S. Coffill, LCSW, clinical case manager and outreach coordinator with VCU University Counseling Services, and Mia Liadis, NCC (B.S.’14/H&S; M.Ed.’17/E), a wellness health educator with the Health Promotion and Well-being Center at VCU’s “Well.”
