US Court of Appeals Upholds Decision on Professional Behavior
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed a lower court’s decision that professional behavior is important to evaluate. A quote from the court’s opinion states “As discussed above, we find that the requirement that students demonstrate professional behavior is an essential aspect of Wake Forest’s Doctor of Medicine program.” This opinion has important consequences for all health sciences educational programs.
