The VCU School of Dentistry has launched a planned giving portal at www.vcusodgift.org to serve as a one-stop shop for alumni estate planning. Whether you have a will established or you don’t know where to begin, the planned giving portal will help guide you through the process.

“I view our office as a resource for our graduates,” says Gloria Callihan, associate dean of development and alumni affairs. “It’s amazing how many people don’t have an estate plan. While we can’t offer individual financial or legal advice, we want to provide you with the tools you need to begin discussions with your financial planner or estate attorney and to make these important life decisions.”

The planned giving portal serves as a research tool for alumni and their advisors to use when creating an estate plan. Features like the online wills planner and planned gift calculator make it easy for alumni to plan for the future and take advantage of tax benefits.
