Changes coming to OnCore
VCU’s clinical research management system, OnCore, will be upgraded on Tuesday, March 16, at 5 p.m.
Users should plan to not have access the evening of the 16th.
How will this change affect users?
- This upgrade will enhance the performance and security of OnCore.
- OnCore will have a new URL. You will need to replace your current OnCore bookmark. You can do that now by using the permanent go link of go.vcu.edu/oncore, which will be updated to redirect to the new URL.
- After March 16, remote users will need to be on the VCU or VCU Health virtual private network (VPN) to access the site. Find instructions on setting up a VPN at VCU Technology Services.
- The upgraded version of OnCore will look slightly different, as it will be upgraded to version 2020R3.
