Submitting vaccination records
Dear VCU parents and families,
Thank you to those students who have submitted their vaccination record or vaccine exemption request form. We are currently at more than 65% completed and growing. If your student has not submitted materials, we ask you to encourage them to submit as soon as possible. Students can submit their materials to University Student Health Services.Thank you for your help,
