M.S.W. student, Sara Tolentino, receives the M.S.W. Distance Education Scholarhip
Congratulations to Sara Tolentino, this year’s recipient of the M.S.W. Distance Education Scholarship.
The Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work awards this scholarship to students who exhibit academic excellence and a potential for leadership in the profession. Sara is a part-time M.S.W. student and full time case manager at a local Community Service Board.
Her goal is to become a social worker at a Ronald McDonald House, or similar program that provides services to families with critically ill children.
