The NSO will also be hosting several other (virtual!) Fulbright programs this spring:

  • Meet and Greet with VCU Fulbright alumni, Thursday 3/26 @ 5:30pm. Log on or call in to hear from VCU alumni about their experiences with a Fulbright grant. There will be plenty of time for Q&A! Learn more and register here.
  • Fulbright Workshop Series. These sessions are for you if you have no idea how to tackle a Fulbright application or you want to make sure you’re covering all your bases. There will be workshops on how to choose a host country, how to do research for a research proposal, how to find an affiliate, how to frame your experiences to highlight your ability to teach English abroad, and more. There will also be dedicated sessions to learning how to write a Fulbright Personal Statement and Statement of Grant Purpose, as well as opportunities for peer review. Check back for more information!

We look forward to seeing you at one or more of these events!
