Blackboard session timeout – RESOLVED

There has been a problem discovered when opening a second tab in Blackboard from ‘my.vcu.edu’. This could result in session timeout when taking an assessment (test, quiz, etc)… This problem will be resolved with a planned upgrade on December 20th, 2017.
