Put Some Tech in Your T&L

Following Respondus LDB problems we ran into last week, we wanted to get ahead of upcoming final exams by providing some guidance to those who may still be experiencing some lingering issues.

Those using the Windows 10 operating system appear to have been most affected. If you find you are still having trouble, follow the below instructions:

  1. Uninstall your current Respondus LockDown Browser installation.
  2. Clear your Chrome cache and cookies.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Reinstall Respondus LockDown Browser.
