Canvas Support Resources: Quick Reference Guide

The Learning Systems team can be reached at LSrequest@vcu.edu for Canvas, Kaltura Lon-Capa and additional instructional technologies technical support. Our team is also participating in Open Office Hours in partnership with VCU Online throughout Fall 2021.
The IT Support Center provides VCU-specific tier-one support (i.e. eID issues) related to accessing Canvas.
24/7 Canvas support is also available by phone and chat, with chat being the recommended option from the vendor for quickest resolution time.

Lastly, Instructure is now offering virtual one-on-one 25 minute consultations for any interested faculty member who has questions about using Canvas features. These sessions are free of charge from now through September 30th, 2021. During these sessions, you will be paired with a Panda Pro who can assist you with Canvas topics of your choice.
