Kaltura Capture local recording file location change
Locating your Personal Capture recordings has just become easier with the addition of the current recoding directory folder now displayed in the settings tab.
If you do not see this option in your settings you may need to update your Kaltura Capture program by reinstalling it from MediaSpace.
Viewing Kaltura videos analytics issue
There have been multiple reports of students viewing Kaltura videos and their view not being counted. The most common cause is a 3rd party browser add-on such as an adblocker. If you are experiencing this issue, please disable your adblocker for our LMS & Kaltura. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at kalturahelp@vcu.edu
