Blackboard Courses to be Removed

End Time: Wednesday, January 27th, 2016 9:00am
The Blackboard Team archives and deletes courses throughout the year, based on the documented archive policy.
Faculty are encouraged to archive their courses on Blackboard at anytime. Click here for directions.
It is also strongly recommended that faculty download the Blackboard Grade Center in their courses at the end of the semester, to ensure accuracy for future grade references. Directions are available in two locations:
Courses from 2013 Fall (and older) Will Be Permanently Removed – January 25th, 2016.
- ALL courses 2013 Fall and older will be permanently removed from the production Blackboard system onMonday, January 25th. These courses will no longer be accessible to faculty or students. The initial archives of the courses will remain on the archive server for the designated period of time as stated in our procedures, in the state they were in on the date of archival, and will not change.
- 2010 Fall courses will be permanently removed from our archive server after the removal of 2013 Fall courses (mentioned above). Afterwards, all 2010 Fall courses will be unrecoverable.
