Blackboard building blocks (Blackboard Mobile Web Services, Bookshelf by VitalSource, Grading, Social Learning, McGraw-Hill Connect and Create, SaferAssign) will be updated. Although the update is being done without taking the system offline, there will be brief interruptions in service tools in Blackboard.
