Blackboard Portfolio Error – Resolved
This issue has been resolved, as of 1/5/2015.
Users have been receiving an error when trying access their “My Portfolios” area of Blackboard. It has been confirmed with Blackboard that this is a “known issue” and a fix has been released. Due to the downtime that may be required, and this critical time of the semester (exams, etc.) and intersession classes to immediately follow, we cannot apply this fix to the system until early January.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will work to get this fix in place before the Spring semester.
