Blackboard Servers Restarting Daily at 6:00am
Blackboard engineers are monitoring performance issues affecting most of their clients, and will be evaluating patches that were applied to confirm that the issues are corrected. For the next few days (10/10 – 10/15/14), the VCU Blackboard servers will continue be restarted each day at 6:00am, as a precaution, until Blackboard confirms that the intermittent performance problems are resolved. The restarts will be performed in a manner that will cause no downtime or interruption in service.
