Blackboard Notice – Apply Patch LRNSI-17944 and LRNSI-17920 on Production

Blackboard Managed Hosting will be applying patches LRNSI-17944 and LRNSI-17920 on Blackboard Production to resolve the intermittent performance problem we have experienced with Blackboard over the past two (2) weeks. Patch will be installed in a rolling restart so that there will be no downtime to users.
