Put Some Tech in Your T&L

The SoftChalk application that integrates with Blackboard is experiencing a variety of problems due to recent changes made on the vendor’s server. You may see error messages when using the application, or when accessing SoftChalk content in your Blackboard course. You may also encounter problems with the SoftChalk ScoreCenter.

The vendor is working on these issues, but we do not have an estimate as to when these issues will be resolved.

We will continue to post updates about this as we receive them.  If you experience any problems with SoftChalk please report them to the vendor at http://support.softchalk.com/ics/support/mylogin.asp.  Create a login account and then submit a help request.

12/5/13: The connection issues between the SoftChalk application and Blackboard have been resolved, as of 5pm yesterday. If you experience problems with SoftChalk please submit a helpIT request ticket at http://www.ts.vcu.edu/helpit-center/ or call the VCU helpIT Center at 828-2227.
