Integrity and Compliance Office

We are the Integrity and Compliance arm of the Audit and Compliance Services unit at VCU. It is our mission to instill ethical consciousness into the daily activities of our university community.

How do we do that? Most people know us from the annual Ethics and Compliance Training we send out. But we are here, every weekday, working behind the scenes for you.

We work to ensure that VCU’s policies are up to date and in line with local, state and federal regulations. We administer the Helpline, assisting those who speak up when they feel like something isn’t right. We also work to support leaders in building a culture of integrity and develop and deliver communications, like emails, training materials, and this blog, to get our message out.

And what’s the message? It’s always time to do the right thing. That’s how we maintain a culture of integrity to make VCU a positive place to study, work and heal.
