What tools helped you the most when you started out?
When I first started, the tools that helped me most were social media platforms and email marketing tools. These were invaluable for reaching my audience and building brand awareness. Networking events and mentorship programs also provided the guidance and connections I needed in those early stages.
What was the biggest challenge to maintaining your business?
The biggest challenge was balancing growth with sustainability. It’s easy to focus on rapid expansion, but ensuring consistent quality, customer satisfaction and managing resources effectively requires constant attention. Adapting to market changes and maintaining resilience during unpredictable times was also crucial for staying on track.
What advice do you have for people considering starting a business?
Start with a clear vision but remain flexible enough to adapt as you learn. Take the time to research your market, build a solid plan and develop a strong network of mentors and supporters. Don’t be afraid to take risks but also be mindful of your resources. Most importantly, stay passionate and remember why you started — it will keep you motivated during challenging times.
