Activating Conversations through Coaching

Effective leaders understand when and how to shift their approach from manager to coach. As an introduction to our full-day coaching skills course in September, this session will focus on the benefits of coaching conversations and applying helpful tools to shift conversations from telling to coaching. Level up your conversations.

Identifying Your Leadership Style

Knowing and understanding your leadership style is beneficial even if you’re in a nonsupervisory role. Participants will explore the concept of the leadership circle and other leadership theories to pinpoint their unique leadership views, strengths and challenges and learn to be effective and inspiring. Level up your leadership.

Applying a Growth Mindset
11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. EDT Thursday, July 8
Understanding what a growth mindset is, why it matters and how to activate it can help you become more relevant and resilient, particularly in times of uncertainty and change. This workshop explores the importance of getting started, embracing the process of failing forward, using setbacks as motivation and developing curiosity and courage.
