Legislative Action

The VCU Alumni Richmond Chapter and African American Alumni Council host the third panel in their Social Justice-Injustice series, focusing on legislative action. Join the chapters and special alumni guest speakers to discuss how communities of color can mobilize through legislative action and continue to hold local officials accountable between elections.

Equity in Finance

The VCU Alumni Richmond Chapter continued its virtual social justice-injustice series Nov. 11 with a panel focused on equity in finance. Richmond City Treasurer Nichole Armstead (B.S.’98/MC) hosted and discussed inequity in the world of finance with Wendell Fuller, CFP, and Jeffrey Jones, CRPC (B.S.’12/B).
