Dental and Dental Hygiene Students Participate in MCV Campus Annual Health Fair at Richmond’s Armstrong High School
On Saturday March 3, the MCV Student Government hosted its annual MCV Campus Student Health Fair at Armstrong High School. The fair enjoyed broad participation by all the VCU health sciences programs and was supported by many health care organizations. Our dental students performed dental exams, provided oral health education, and gave attendees oral hygiene products. As you can see we had a great turnout of dental and dental hygiene students. Thanks go to Drs. Goolsby and Vahdani for providing faculty supervision for the great community program. I enjoyed spending time with our students and faculty and talking with the attendees at this event.
