The Labs and Classrooms Computing team is investigating a widespread issue of computer slowness caused by a software bug in the Faronics Data Igloo product. While there is no estimated time to resolution, the issue is being investigated and a potential fix is being tested.

If you experience computer slowness, please send us an email at classroomtech@vcu.edu with the subject “Slow Computer” and include the building name and room number where you experienced the slow computer so we can investigate further.
