Summer 2019 Classroom Updates
This summer the Labs and Classrooms Computing is upgrading all centrally supported classrooms to update application software and in some classrooms replace podium computers. We’ve addressed a number of outstanding issues from our previous update. For more information or to request support for any centrally supported classroom, give us a call at (804) 828-1098 on the Monroe Park campus, or (804) 828-3400 on the MCV campus. You can also email us at classroomtech@vcu.edu. We’ve introduced a new way to submit tickets as well. Just email classroomtech@vcu.edu with a brief description of the problem and a ticket will be automatically generated so we can provide status updates and tracking.
