Updated Hall Closures for Fall 2018 Semester due to Inclement Weather
Brandt, Cabaniss, Johnson, Honors, and Rhoads
Due to inclement weather affecting the exam schedule, Brandt, Cabaniss, Johnson, Honors, and Rhoads halls have been rescheduled to close Thursday, Dec. 20 at 10 a.m. These halls will reopen Friday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. Please review the revised final exam schedule, so that you may best plan your travel. If you have questions about closing procedures, please see your hall staff.
Ackell, Broad & Belvidere, Cary & Belvidere, Grace & Broad, West Grace North and West Grace South
Will remain open during break.
If leaving your residence hall, please remember the following items:
- Turn off all lights
- Turn all the water faucets off
- Unplug small appliances and other electrical items, except for refrigerators
- Clean all perishable foods from the refrigerator
- Remove all trash from your apartment/living space
- Close and lock all windows
- Close all mini blinds
- Put heat on 65 degrees or low, if possible
- Take home valuables
- Before leaving, be sure to take your keys and ID & make sure your door is securely locked
