VCU awardees to be recognized at CSWE Annual Program Meeting
Kia J. Bentley selected as 2017 Best Reviewer for the Journal of Social Work Education
Kia J. Bentley, Ph.D. has been selected as the 2017 Best Reviewer for the Journal of Social Work Education. Bentley was selected because of her outstanding contributions for volume year 52, providing thorough and thoughtful reviews.
Bentley will be honored at the Council on Social Work Education 2017 Annual Program Meeting at the annual Reviewers Reception 6:30-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Majestic Room 6, Main Hotel, 37th floor.
VCU Ph.D. candidate selected to receive GADE Student Teaching Award
Christopher Ward, Ph.D. candidate, has been selected by the GADE Awards Sub-committee to be the recipient of the 2017 Group for the Advancement of Doctoral Education in Social Work Student Teaching Award.
Ward will be presented with the award at the Doctoral Student Award Breakfast held at the Council for Social Work Education Annual Program Meeting in October.
