DNP student wins first place for poster at VCNP annual conference

Angie Smith,  AGACNP-BC (B.S.‘13/N; M.S.‘15/N), a DNP student at the VCU School of Nursing, won first place for her poster recently at the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners annual conference in Reston.  Her topic was “Improving Hypertension Management in Adults: Evaluation of Community-Based Self-Measured Blood Pressure Monitoring Intervention.”
