Beth Rodgers receives VNF Leadership Excellence Award
Beth Rodgers, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, chair of the Department of Adult Health and Nursing Systems and Nursing Alumni Endowed Professor at the VCU School of Nursing, was the awarded the Virginia Nurses Foundation 2017 Leadership Excellence Award in the Nurse Educator category. The award recognizes nurses for their commitment to the advancement of nursing knowledge.
Also, Debbie McGuire, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, associate dean of research, scholarship, and innovation and the Florence E. Elliott Professor, was among the finalists in the Nurse Researcher category.
