We have discovered that users are unable to view documents in Box after conversion from Crocodoc in Safari. Workaround: Disable ‘Prevent cross-site tracking’ option in Safari >> Preferences >> Privacy.
Echo360 Performance Issues – COMPLETED
EchoSystem Server has been having issues this week where it would become unresponsive and eventually stop working. While streaming and processing was mostly unaffected, logging into the server and working would eventually come to a halt, requiring a restart. Blackboard session timeout – RESOLVED
There has been a problem discovered when opening a second tab in Blackboard from ‘my.vcu.edu’. This could result in session timeout when taking an assessment (test, quiz, etc)… This problem will be resolved with a planned upgrade on December 20th, 2017. Workaround Have students access Blackboard from ‘https://blackboard.vcu.edu’ instead of ‘my.vcu.edu’ when taking assessments. Thanks […]
Echo360 Accessibility Issues – Resolved
Starting Sunday, November 19, around 12:24 PM, the EchoSystem Server started having intermittent errors, bringing the ESS down. It was down again around 8PM the same evening.
