Canvas Support During VCU Closure

As a reminder, Canvas 24/7 support is and will continue to be available to the VCU community while VCU is closed. We recommend reaching out to this support option for any questions that you have about Canvas, in order to guarantee the quickest turnaround time for your request. Please note: On December 25, Canvas phone support will be temporarily unavailable from 8am to 5pm MST (10am to 7pm EST). Support is still available via chat and the “report a problem” link.
If for any reason you are unable to login to Canvas, please call the VCU IT Support Center: 804-828-2227 (you may also press #3 after calling this number to access Canvas 24/7 Vendor Support).
