In this workshop, participants will learn about advanced VoiceThread features. We will demonstrate how to integrate Google Drive content via the Media Sources, change language displays, adjust playback settings, and more. Portions of the workshop will be hands-on.

Creating engaging online courses is not easy. In many courses based on discussion boards, students feel isolated and disconnected from their instructors and classmates. VoiceThread bridges the gaps in social presence typically found in online courses. In this workshop, educators will learn how to establish that social presence and connect with their students using VoiceThread to improve student satisfaction and learning.

These workshops are completely free. The sessions are led by our instructional designer and online educator George Haines.  George and our guest facilitators will share their expertise to help you get the most from VoiceThread.
