Pearson MyLabs Service Interruption – Dec. 4, 2014
Pearson support notified its customers of the following service interruption that occurred this morning (Dec. 4th):
At approximately 01:18am, Pearson began receiving reports of an issue impacting MyLab courses. When trying to access MyLabs Mastering New Design (MMND) through pearsonmylabandmastering.com, customers may be re-directed to an empty page. However, www.pearsonmylabandmastering.com was working as expected.
At approximately 02:52am, the pearsonmylabandmastering.com redirect issue was resolved. System health is back to expected performance levels.
