Blackboard Collaborate Upgrade Downtime
We received notification from Blackboard that they will be upgrading the Blackboard Collaborate Voice Authoring tool. This tool will be unavailable for use Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 10:00pm until Sunday, January 12 at 6:00am.
Please note that the Blackboard system WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE. Only the Collaborate tool will be affected by this downtime.
Blackboard Collaborate Support does recommend that users run the Blackboard Collaborate Voice Authoring setup wizard after the upgrade is complete.
