Blackboard Content System Access Issues
The Blackboard servers have been restarted and the Content System is now functioning properly. We will continue to research the cause of the issue.

The Blackboard Content System is experiencing problems which are preventing user access. To prevent further complications and to restore the Content System functionality, we will be restarting all the Blackboard application servers immediately. Users may experience momentary interruptions in Blackboard.
