IRB Satisfaction Survey
The VCU Office of Research Subjects Protection invites members of the VCU and VCU Health research communities who are familiar with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to take an anonymous satisfaction survey.
This annual satisfaction survey includes questions about the following topics: perceptions of the IRB, RAMS-IRB use, customer service provided by the ORSP staff, the IRB’s website, education program, and post-approval monitoring and quality improvement program.

Your responses are valuable because they will help the IRB to do the following:
- evaluate some of the major changes we have made during the past year;
- identify areas for improvement in the services currently provided by the IRB; and
- plan and initiate new process and service improvements during the upcoming year.
This survey is estimated to take 20 minutes and will be available until Friday, March 26, 2021.
