Virtual Education Continues to Increase
I learned recently the Virginia General Assembly passed legislation directing the Department of Education to change the requirements for high school diplomas. The change will require all graduates to have completed at least one virtual (online) course as part of their curriculum. These students will now be showing up to dental school in a few years with greater expectation for virtual or online learning options. Below is a link to House Bill 1061/Senate Bill 489.
