Development Tops $1M
As we close this fiscal year, you should be proud to know that total giving to the School of Dentistry topped $1 million for the 5th consecutive year and alumni participation in giving reached 19%, more than any other school within the University. At the annual Friends of Dentistry Dinner in October, the School recognized Dr. John F. Philips ’69 for his leadership gift of $1.7 million gift. In April the School of Dentistry hosted the most successful Reunion Weekend in the history of the University with more than 300 alumni and guests attending 20 different events. Reunion Class giving totaled $446,000, shattering all previous records.
