We are aware of an issue with the “Join Through Browser” function of the wireless presentation tool is not working. The vendor is actively working to resolve this issue. If you are using either a Windows or MacOS device and want to use wireless presentation, you’ll need to install the Kramer VIA app on your device. We are working with the Software Center to update the available applications there. You can also find the application on Kramer’s VIA Resource page. You’ll find the latest Windows or MacOS application under the “Software” section. It is version 1.0.0.29 of the VIA Setup Windows client (.exe) or the VIA Setup MAC client (.dmg)

All mobile device users (iOS, iPadOS, Android) should not experience any issues.
