Being Heard
The thing that I appreciate most about VCU is the diversity. Learning about other people cultures and orientations is fascinating.
My favorite part about being involved in VCU Student Affairs is the fact that I feel like my voice is heard. Working within a welcoming community that listens to what I have to offer is great.
I have learned that it is always important to let others voice their opinions and respect others values and beliefs even if their opinion is different than mine.
In the future, I see myself as a neurosurgeon. I also love working and speaking to children so I may try and find something in that field if I am not too busy.
